Cuba has begun to mass vaccinate its citizens — the first time the country’s general population is receiving its ambitious homegrown vaccines. Even though Cuba is getting a late start, Cuban health care officials predict the majority of the island will be vaccinated by the end of the summer. CNN’s Patrick Oppmann reports from Havana.
